About Betacontrol
Betacontrol has been founded in 1977 as a new branch of the Freudenberger Maschinenfabrik Albrecht Bäumer. The foundation for this was formed by the take-over of the production area "Industrial process control" of the Swiss company Landis + Gyr.
Due to its capability and readiness to react flexibly and with innovative products to the continuously increasing requirements of the market, betacontrol very soon achieved a leading position among its competitors and growth rates better-than-average.
In order to push up this successful development, betacontrol became an independent GmbH (limited company) in 1988.
Another decisive step in the development of the company was the foundation of the independent subsidiary betacontrol of America in Towaco in the US federal state New Jersey in the year 1992.
