Pulverisettes: Cutting Mill Combination "pulverisette 25/pulverisette 19"

Suitable for grinding for extremely heterogeneous samples. Field of application: The Cutting Mill Combination can reduce 2 litres of material with a maximum edge length of 30 mm down to <500 µm and provide an accurate representative sample ready for analysis in one within 5 minutes. Amongst other applications its main use is for the preparation of heterogeneous materials for analysis according to the standard method for domestic waste or for the determination of calorific value and chlorine content. It has been spefically designed to deal with very heterogeneous materials such as household waste, building rubble, German Recycling System bales or light shredder fractions from recycling. Method of operation: The Cutting Mill Combination which consists of the Power Cutting Mill "pulverisette 25", model II and the Universal Cutting Mill "pulverisette 19" processes the whole sample by initially grinding the material in the "pulverisette 25". The ground sample then enters a funnel where sample division takes place. The ratio is adjustable but the standard setting divides the sample in the ratio of 1 to 13.

It consists of: Power Cutting Mill Model II with 2 litres funnel, Universal Cutting Mill, interposed sample divider, underframe and sample exhauster with cyclone separator, inclusive hardmetal tungsten carbide cutting tool sets and sieve cassettes.
The cutting mill combination "pulverisette 25" - "pulverisette 19" can be equipped with all accessories which are offered for the "pulverisette 25", model II resp. for the "pulverisette 19". So the customer has a lot of combination possibilities and can compose his individual cutting mill combination for his special application.
