High-Rigid, Highly Precise and Wide Speed Control

For customers who want to carry out high-speed tests on electronic components, high-precision tests using rigid equipment and atmospheric control using thermostatic chambers. A PC is needed for these tests.

High-speed data sampling to achieve the true values
Ultra high-speed sampling at 1.25m/sec intervals The ultra high-speed sampling at 1.25msec intervals (for 25 seconds) allows highly accurate measurement of the test force in the elastic and break regions to detect any changes in the materials during the test. This function is particularly effective for ceramics and highly rigid new materials. The speed of the ultrahigh-speed sampling can be selected from 1.25m/sec to 5m/sec. The normal sampling (outside the ultra high-speed sampling range) is also very fast at 10m/sec.
With normal sampling, it is also possible to set the sampling intervals by test force and displacement, which are effective for the relaxation and the creep tests.
The time can be set in 50m/sec intervals as 50m/sec, 100m/sec, 150m/sec. The test force and displacement intervals can be set using any user-defined values, such as at 1N intervals and at 0.1 mm intervals.

The ultra-low-speed type provides a wide crosshead speed range of 0.00005 to 1000mm/min. The crosshead speed range of the standard type is 0.0005 to 1000mm/min. Tests are possible up to the maximum capacity for the entire speed range.
